What are the age limits for earned income credit?

I am 59 but earned income credit denied because it says i amd over age limit of 65?????

For EITC the ages are 25 thru 64.

If you are getting a message you are to old, then you need to go back to the My Info section of the program and verify your date of birth.  It should be entered in the MM/DD/YYYY format.

Click on My Info on the left side of the online program screen and edit your personal information.
