There is not a first time homeowner credit on a federal tax return. There may be such a credit on a state return and if so the TurboTax state program will have that credit available.

Co-Owned a house in 2024 with a partner (unmarried). Separated and ownership was transferred via quitclaim to her and I was paid a sum of money. Is that money taxed?
