Is this a state worksheet?  Which state? Or the worksheet states it should be blank?  If it should be blank, then you would not enter anything at all in it.  

Did you take prior depreciation?  If so, was your federal and state depreciation calculated the same?  If so, then the prior depreciation would be the same.
