Can I claim my child's music lessons and tutoring lessons on my taxes?

My child does not live me with, so I can not claiming her as a dependent. But I am paying for the music and tutoring lessons.

Even if you were claiming the child as a dependent, music lessons and tutoring are not deductible items, sorry.

Unfortunately you cannot deduct the tutoring or the music lessons on your return.
