Tutoring deduction

Our son had a private tutor from September 2016 through the end of the year.  Can my spouse and I include the fees incurred as a deduction in our 2016 return.  If yes, where do we include that information?

Unfortunately, there is currently no allowable deduction for tutoring expenses.
