If you have a W-2 form, check Box 12 to see if there is an amount with a code W. It means you have made a contribution to your HSA account either through paycheck deduction or employer contribution.
This might be the potential reason why you are asked to enter information about an HSA.
I do have a value with code W in box 12 but I have never even heard of an HSA. I don't have one.
