Can turbotax handle foreign tax paid credit and its dis-credit for foreign tax paid for full time overseas taxpayers?

TurboTax Deluxe and Premier versions handle foreign tax paid credit.  I do not know what you mean by dis-credit.

We accept credit, debit, and pre-paid cards with a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover logo. Like many other U.S. online merchants, we can only process cards with a U.S. billing address.
