Turbo Tax didn't offer me the First time home buyer credit & was not included to my 2019 tax return

Not quite sure what you mean by "didn't offer it". There is no federal first time home buyer credit any more. That has been gone for years. Or do you mean you have one from a long time ago and needed to enter your data for it for 2019? Go to the section for Federal>Credits and Deductions>Your Home
