Is travel, motel, car rental, food, burial expense a deductible as trustee fees

Trustee (fiduciary) fees are deductible by the trust and taxable to the trustee. Obviously, the fees must be allowed to be paid from the trust in the first instance.

However, funeral expenses cannot be deducted on Form 1041.
