Took disaster relief in 2020 and resolved it in the 2022 tax filing. do i check yes or no to the question of "have you ever taken a disaster distribution before 2023? thx

split it over 2020,2021,2022. so it has been claimed and taxes paid on that additional income.

Assuming that you did Not tax a distribution in 2021, 2022 or 2023 due to a federally declared disaster where you lived.
