I have an MCC Certificate when I bought my home in 2013. It is for the life of the loan, how do I add that? It came in an MCC-10 form

To add your MCC, click on the Federal Taxes tab, go to Deductions & Credit, scroll down to Your Home, click on start next to Mortgage Interest Credit Certificate.
