You must be the property owner to claim property taxes that you pay on your federal tax return. If your sister and brother own the home and you do not, then you can't claim the property taxes. The other expenses are not deductible on your federal tax return.

Texas Roger. Thx but the Comm of Revenue knows I do not own the property. Therefore, since I am disabled, they gave me a break on how much money they charged me on Property taxes.  I do not claim them on my Fed tax return. I was wondering if I could be added to the deed because I pay EVERYTHING...

certainly your brother and sister could add you to the deed but then they might have gift tax issues  depending on the value of the house.     then if one of them dies, there could be inheritance issues.    as part owner, you could go to court to force sale.  if i were them, the last thing i would do is put you on the deed.
