Switch names on tax return

Hi, I was wondering how would I go about switching names with my spouse for the tax return? In other words, I want to make my spouse the primary on the tax return.

You can switch you and your spouse's personal information in TurboTax by taking the following steps:

• In your return, select "Personal Info"
• On "Personal Info Summary" page you will see your personal details listed (SSN, Birthdate, Occupation, Resident State), as well as those of your spouse
• Click on "Edit" button to the right of your personal details
• On "Your personal info" screen, change your personal information as needed, to your spouse's, and click on Continue button
• You will be returned to the "Personal Info Summary" page
• Click on "Edit" button to the right of your spouse's personal details
• On "Your personal info" screen, change your spouse’s information to yours as needed, and click on Continue button
• You will be returned to the "Personal Info Summary" page
