Stock transfer made for charity donation

Charitable donation of stocks transferred directly from my broker to my churches' broker and cashed for an exact amount into the churches account.   How do I enter that in TurboTax as an itemized deduction?  There does not seem to be any option for stock transfer.  Please let me know if it exists and the process to enter the deduction.
