Stimulus payments

I'm listed as head of household and have 2 dependents. 1st stimulus I received $1700 and 2nd stimulus I received $1200. With myself and 2 dependents shouldn't I have received $2200 for 1st and $1800 for 2nd? TurboTax says I should have received $1700 and $1200. Why?

If one of the dependents was age 17 or older they are not eligible for a stimulus payment.

The oldest child is 13.
