Stimulus Credit

I am filing a tax return for an individual who passed away on February 28, 2020. Turbo Tax asked me if she received the Stimulus checks. I answered no and then it calculated an 1,800 credit. I do not believe she is due this since her passing happened before the stimulus checks were issued. Is that correct?

No. They still get both of them. For deceased individuals see the second question under Eligibility. If they died in 2020 they still get it.
