My 2019 AGI was too high to receive any stimulus checks but your 2020 calculations show I have a $797 stimulus credit. Is that correct? Can I get a credit when I didn't qualify?

Any stimulus payments that you are eligible to receive are an advance tax credit based on your 2020 federal tax return.
