When you went to the forms list in Tax Tools, make sure you scroll all the way down the list to access the ''state'' version of Form 2106. The top of the list is federal forms, which you probably do not have a Form 2106 for. But if you scroll to the bottom of that list, you should see your state forms listed in their own grouping.
The other option is to go back to those entries in the Federal interview and adjust or remove the expenses there. And/or go back through the state interview and look for the questions surrounding ''Employee Business Expenses'' or adjustments from federal entries. To get back to this section in the federal portion of TurboTax, type 2106 into the search bar and use the Jump to 2106 link. This is the section that your state deductions are being pulled from.
