State tax refund reporting

I received an Indiana State tax refund in 2019 on 2018 tax year. I took the Standard Deduction last year, and, according T-Tax that refund is not taxable. Question: Must I still report the refund on my 2019 TurboTax form?

No, if you took the Standard Deduction in 2018 then you do not need to report the Indiana State refund on your 2019 tax return.
