My wife is an independent contractor for several different businesses, so she doesn't have a single work address. What should I enter as her work address?

she does not have her own business, she just works for herself for three different companies.

You would use the home address as the address for her business.

If she is an independent contractor working for several different businesses, she is a sole proprietor of her own business in the eyes of the IRS.  All of her income and expenses will be reported on Schedule C.  Use your home address as the address for her business unless she has a separate location that she uses for her work.

So if we claim our home address as her primary address for the sole prop, then can she write off all mileage traveled to any of the three work sites where she conducts the massages? She also does massages by travelling directly to clients that I know we can write off.

Not necessarily.  She would need to have a qualified home office in order to deduct miles from home to any of the work sites.  Mileage from one work site to another is deductible though.  See <a rel="nofollow" target="_blank" href="https://www.irs.gov/publications/p334/ch08.html#en_US_2016_publink1000313502">https://www.irs.gov/pu...> for more information.
