I just filed my taxes with turbo tax and it said a 4.7k refund. I sent it in. However, when I thought something may be wrong I filed with hr block and my refund should be 6.5k. I sent in both. Will they accept the hr block one since it’s right? Will I have to amend it later? Will this delay the whole process? I’m very worried I will be screwed out of almost 2,000 dollars. I also had to pay 120 dollars with turbo tax while hr block was free.

That's why you don't file too early. Mistakes are a giant hassle to correct.
Right now both returns are sitting on servers waiting for the IRS to "grab" them. You're are just going to have to wait and see which one is grabbed first. Grabbing starts Feb 12, although the IRS will grab a handful, for testing purposes, earlier. In both cases you'll get an email from TT & HRB telling you the return was accepted or rejected. Your best hope is that both are rejected
Q. Will they accept the hr block one since it’s right?
A. No. The IRS doesn't know which one is right.
Q. Will I have to amend it later?
A. Yes, if the TT is accepted first.
Q. Will this delay the whole process?
A. Almost certainly
Q. I’m very worried I will be screwed out of almost 2,000 dollars.
A. That's unlikely. Worst case: more hassle and delay. But if the +$2000 forms are correct, you'll eventually get that money.
Q. I also had to pay 120 dollars with turbo tax while hr block was free.
A. If your TT return is rejected, you might be able to get a refund.
Request for refunds should be directed to TT Support. https://turbotax.intuit.com/support/contact/ use the term “billing issues” in the question box, not "Refund" or it will just give you the IRS phone number to check your refund status.

TT online program fees are NON refundable once you pay them even if the return is rejected.
