Self-employed sick leave
Would the Pennsylvania state government shut down of all real estate business (I'm a Realtor) qualify for this credit? I was unable to work for 39 days...although I did receive the special self-employed unemployment compensation for this period.
Thank you in advance.

Self-employed sick leave
Not based on what you said.
The Sick Leave credit (Form 7202) is for those who have work to available, but are unable to actually work because of certain circumstances. See the Department of Labor FAQs:

Yes, AmeliesUncle is correct that the Sick Leave credit is for employees, not for the self-employed.

I did not say that, and you are not correct.
The Sick Leave Credit on Form 7202 is for the Self Employed.
