Self-Employed Meal Deductions (home office)

I am self-employed and have an in home office. Can I deduct 50% of the meals eaten outside of my office? I saved all receipts for meals eaten out; while out for eat I would be working, is this considered deductible?

Are snacks eaten while working deductible at the 50% reduction?

Also, I have all of my grocery expenses saved, as I eat breakfast and lunch while working.

Are these 50% deductible as well?

Thank you!

Costs of meals in your office are not deductible. Meals out are only deducted if they have a documented connection with your business like entertaining a client.
