why won't it let me send my taxes it says we expect this form to be available after Feburay 17th but how will i receive the form??

As of today, the form shows as currently available in Turbo Tax for both e-file and mailing. If you are still in need of assistance feel free to reply and we will assist accordingly. I am also including the Federal forms availability list for your reference.
