Review indicates problem with Form 5695 fuel cell cost. Prefilled cost for fuel cells is 0 because I did not install fuel cells, just the solar panel array.

Yes. But the boxes E and F need to actually be blank on the form. Be sure to backspace/delete to ensure there is no entry in the boxes.
