Retirement contribution

All my contributions are listed under w-2; 12E. Nothing was made outside of work deduction. I entered that 12E contribution under the "Wages & Income" in the enter w-2 category. Do I also need to add those contributions under the "Deductions & Credits" Retirements & Investments?
