@descallyjrasked:  "Where is my bank, it's called First Bank Mortgage out of St. Louis, Missouri?"

This is a user community forum.    We don't know what screen you are trying to answer.   Lots of screens in TurboTax can ask for bank information.    What is the context for your question?   What exactly are you trying to do?

Are you trying to enter a 1099-INT, 1099-DIV, 1099-B, etc., and your bank is not in the dropdown list for importing?   If so, that's true of many banks.   Only certain institutions are affiliated with TurboTax for importing purposes.   But we can tell you how to leave that financial institution search line blank and enter a 1099 yourself without importing.

If that's your situation, then which type of 1099?

Or if that's not your situation, then you need to please explain in more detail so we have a clue what you are doing.
