Where do I put the cost of turbotax for the deduction?

I paid $240 for turbotax. How do I enter that? It doesn't appear on my forms. I have to print and mail my forms because my wife does not have an SSN.

Tax preparation fees are not deductible on a federal tax return due to the changes in the tax code for tax years 2018 thru 2025.  Except if you have a business and then they can be claimed as a business expense.

So, I can claim them under my rental house as a business expense on Schedule E line 16 or 19?
