Under Deductions and Credits, Estimates and Other Taxes Paid, there is an entry for Other Income Taxes. But I entered no information in this section. Where do these numbers come from?

You can have items carry over from your extension filed earlier this year as well as your refund from last year that you chose to apply to 2019.

Of course, we in the Community cannot see your tax return, but you might step through those items to see which one of the items under Other Income Taxes has a value, carried over from a prior year or from some other source.
