How do I navigate to find Deductions and Credits

Click on Federal on the left side of the online program screen.  Click on Deductions & Credits at the top of the screen.

I am doing my taxes on my iPhone. Maybe that is why your screen does not have a left side or top bar for  to help me navigate?? Must my taxes be done on a computer ?

Do my taxes have to be done on  a computer in order to get a side bar or a top bar on the screen . I am using the iphone and cannot navigate without the navigation bars.

Yes, when you log into your TurboTax program using your computer, you will see a menu bar on the left and one on the top.

Can not find it.  The program is very hard to negotiate if you are doing the forms yourself.

It depends on which TurboTax program you are using.

If you are using the TurboTax online web-based editions -

Click on Federal on the left side of the online program screen

Click on Deductions & Credits

If you are using the TurboTax desktop CD/Download editions installed on your personal computer -

Continue your tax return

Click on Federal Taxes (Personal using Home & Business) at the top of the desktop program screen

Click on Deductions & Credits

Click on Walk me through everything or click on I'll choose what I work on
