Form 8962 does not appear to be calculating the premium tax credit correctly. I have entered two 1095A's (one for myself, one for my wife) for the 7 months we had insurance through the marketplace. However, the 8962 is not correctly adding them together. Although the amounts are consistent each month, it calculated different amounts in the last two months of the year.
Needless to say, the return was rejected by the IRS. I can not override the amounts to correct this problem on turbo tax.

If you have more than one Form 1095-A, add the amounts together and enter the total on Form 8962, line 11, column (a). This amount is the total of your enrollment premiums for the year, including the portion paid by APTC (Advance Premium Tax Credit).
Thank you for your response. I agree that is what is supposed to happen. My point is Turbo tax is not doing it that way. I entered in both 1095A's and it did not spit out that result in the 8962. I have double and triple checked my input. Turbo tax has a bug in this regard.
