For home office deduction % of business conducted, can a real estate agent take 100%?
My wife takes the home office deduction. When she worked for a broker and traveled to the office we used 80% as the amount of business conducted at the HO. Now she works entirely out of the home except for the obvious tasks an agent has such as showing homes etc. Can she use 100% as the % of business conducted at. Realtors don't get 'paid' for showings, unlike the plumber scenario mentioned in TT.

Yes - the requirement is that the home office is the principal place of business, not her principal workplace. As long as she uses the home office to conduct administrative or management chores and doesn't make substantial use of any other fixed location to conduct those tasks, she can take 100% deduction.
