Child Care tax credit

I am trying to enter the child care credit for both parents who work, but it won't allow me to enter the amount.  If I check no on both, student and disabled it won't let me enter.  Is this an error on Turbo Tax?

Child Care tax credit

Make sure that all the Forms W-2 are not entered under one person's name only. It is an easy mistake to make.

Child Care tax credit

I'm having the same problem -- spouse and I both have K-1's entered, and are not full-time students nor disabled, but it won't let me enter my child care expenses.
