I have a 501 (c) 3 non profit organization, it is a football team. I paid for expenses like website fees, uniforms, travel expenses, and other expenses out of my own pocket. I was wondering If I can use this as a charitable contribution on my federal return. If I am able to do so what documents do I need to provide my tax professional and what kind of limitations could I have on what can be reported.

Yes, you can deduct your out-of-pocket expenses as a charitable contribution when you itemize deductions.
Your tax professional will probably request to see any and all receipts related to the formation and running of your non-profit, including all of the expenses you list above.
