Hi,
I received 2 billings - property tax and MUD tax. Both came in different amount.
My morgage company didn't include MUD tax amount into the 1098 form, they only put in the property tax amount to the 1098 form.
Should I add in the MUD tax while filing? Thank you.

If it is based on the value of your property, it's deductible as a real estate tax; just add it to your other real estate taxes. However, if the assessment is not based on value, it's not deductible.
