There is a question of whether we had another vehicle available for personal use. I am not sure to answer yes or no. My husband has a company provided vehicle that he has available for personal use and does get taxed on certain mileage per year for the personal use.

The question is asking if you own or have another vehicle besides the company car.
Is he an employee or self employed? If an employee he should not deduct a vehicle.
I am self employed and my husband is an employee (that has a company vehicle) which he can use for personal use as well since he has to report his personal mileage and then he gets taxed on that usage. I am looking at my vehicle expense for my business and it asks us if we have another vehicle available for personal use.
I am self employed looking to deduct expenses for my vehicle. The other vehicle is my husbands company ( he is an employee) that he has access to for personal use ( which they tax him on his personal mileage usage).
Please advise should I put yes or no?
Say yes.
