1099G BOX 4 NOT ASKED TO ENTER INFORMATION

Hello, I am doing federal tax and turbotax deluxe is no asking Federal tax witheld or state tax witheld when filling up. 

The paid amount is not showing in the Income tax paid, just what i paid on my W2. 

I did not get box to check if tax witheld on Turbotax deluxe 2020.

Should i entered on the form 1099g box 4 and 11?

Your questions are unclear, and I am unsure what your mean. The form 1099G line 4 is federal tax withholding while line 11 is state withholding.  If no amount listed on those boxes, don't enter any zeros and just leave the line's blank.

did you see and select the checkbox circled in red below? If you're using the online version, the presentation on your screen may be different.

Hi Carl: i checked 3 times and no box is available. Only on the view forms section is a note: if filling electronically all payers and recipient information must entered. Is the only area i can add box 4,10 and 10b.

using turbotax deluxe desktop version.

I received my 1099G with amount on box 1,4 and 11 but turbotax software is not asking me to put box 4 and 11 . It ends up showing only tax witheld from W2
