When entering Property Taxes for Real Estate on the worksheet, do I add both US and Foreign in the "Property Tax" column and then enter Foreign Taxes paid in the following column and that amount will be deducted for the total amount of property taxes I paid for the year.

Correct - Under the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act (TCJA), foreign real estate taxes are no longer allowed to be deducted as an itemized deduction on Schedule A.
Are you using TurboTax Desktop or Online? If Desktop, are you entering in the Step-by-Step, or are you trying to enter directly on a worksheet? If the later, which one?
The worksheet: Under enter property taxes paid: Main Home, Then under additional, I put the taxes on foreign home, and then the same amount under foreign home. Then, on Schedule A it shows only the taxes I paid on main home. Corrrect?

I've reported our foreign property taxes the same way... my question is why even report it? Does it do me any good somewhere else? Maybe does it count when I calculate foreign tax credit? (we do have other foreign taxes we paid on investment income)
Related to this question, as I file for FY2021, I need to report the properties taxes on my home. My house is in Portugal. It is my primary resident. I am a resident of Portugal. I do not own property in the U.S. My question is do I report property taxes paid in Portugal only in the box "Foreign real estate taxes paid," or also the same amount in the box "Property tax on your main home?" Or does "main home" here mean home in U.S.?
Yes, under foreign real estate taxes paid. For your main home, on page A-3, middle column, right above Line 5, Instructions for Schedule A (Form 1040) states that you can't deduct foreign personal or real property taxes.
