Living in a rural area, I purchased a "lifetime" emergency medical transportation membership from MASA to cover any transportation expenses not covered by Medicare (such as flight for life). Assuming I itemize deductions, can I deduct the entire cost of the lifetime membership in the year the entire cost was incurred?
