Per IRS my approved roof can be added to from 5695 line 19 C but on Turbo tax that line has other things listed. How do I add my energy efficent roof?

There is not an energy credit available for 2023 related to installing a metal roof on your primary residence. That has been an option for an energy credit in the past, but not for 2023 installations.

The 2022 version of Form 5695 line 19c was for the cost of installing a qualified metal or asphalt roof. There were many changes to the Form 5695 and the available credits starting with 2023 and moving forward. The 2023 version of Form 5695 line 19c is for the cost of qualifying exterior doors.
