How do I know if my charitable donation has been limited to 60% of my AGI? Does Turbotax tell me when this happens?

Only cash contributions are subject to the 60% limit. If you are subject to the limit, TurboTax will let you know once you have finished entering all of your donations and click Done With Charitable Donations (please see screenshot for reference).
