Newborn in 2018
My newborn is borned in june 2018. We left USA in september 2018. (3 months later)
I have noticed that when they ask how many time your child live with you we have the right to say the whole year because it is a newborn.
My question is when they asked how many time the child has lived in the US, I should say 3 months or it is the same as before 1 whole year (because it is a newborn) ?
