Are you sure it's not there?  Check 1040 lines 19 and 28 and schedule 8812.  It should be already included in the refund or reduce a tax due.

Ah, I figured it out. I didn't realize I was going to owe some taxes, so it was taking a chunk out for that. Sorry for not realizing that before I asked my question.
