My transcript shows Cycle 20190707 Code 768,EIC date 05/15/2019, Code 846 for refund, which I received on 02/26/2019, but EIC amount not included. What does it mean?

Received a refund of $748, but no EIC. It has code 768 and the  date 04/15/2019.

It means you need to wait to see what the explanation letter says when it comes in the next 2 weeks ... but it sounds like they denied the EIC for now and you will need to see what they want you to do about it ... patience will be needed.
