Or for driving them to medical appts or picking up their Rx's

So very sorry to hear about your sister's health issues. You are a kind and helpful sibling. Sadly, unless your sister is a dependent on your own tax return, none of the expenses you mention are deductible, not even the trips to appointments or to pick up prescriptions.
