My husband has a single health plan, but it covers me as my secondary insurance. Do I still say that he has a Self only plan?

The question I am talking about is What type of HDHP coverage did he have during 2020.

If his health plan provides benefits to you, either as primary coverage or secondary coverage, then it is properly referred to as a Family plan.

The fact that you have primary coverage from another carrier probably means his "Family" plan charges a lower premium

We looked it up and it says employee plus spouse. So, I guess that counts as a family plan?

That would be correct - "Employee plus spouse" is a Family plan.
