My daughter was 18 in 2023. I paid for everything. Will that qualify me for the Child Tax Credit? If so, how do I get back in there and change my answer?

The child must be under the age of 17 in 2023 to be eligible for the child tax credit. You can claim the child on your return but they are only eligible for the Other Dependent credit of $500.

Aunt claimed my kids on her taxes. kids were w/ me until may. She had temp. guardianship of only my son. Daughter never lived there. Also claimed my brother.wht do I do
