My child's father is claiming her this year. I should not be getting any Child Tax Credit but Turbo Tax is saying I do. How do I correct that?

Are you the custodial parent?  If not, then just remove her from your return as the only credit you can claim for her is the Child Tax Credit.

If you are the custodial parent, then as you walk through the questions on her, you will select that her other parent is claiming her this year.  That will remove the CTC from your return.
