Mortgage interest problem

My wife and I are filing separately. I've entered my mortgage interest, but the software doesn't recognized the deduction. Please advise.

Back in the MY INFO tab you had to indicate if you will both be taking the standard deduction OR itemizing and then again at the end of the deductions and credits section you will also have the opportunity to choose which option you will take ... be very aware that you must BOTH choose the SAME option.
