MILEAGE AS A 1099 SELF DO I HAVE TO CLAIM

Last year was the first year I was a 1099 worker and I claimed mileage. I really do not feel like messing with it this year as i only made 11K. Do I have to include mileage since I claimed it last year? is it a law? I cannot find anything on this subject.

You are supposed to report all income and all expenses associated with self-employment activity.  So, yes, you would need to include mileage.
